Intro:
Taking time to get away from technology can provide many benefits, especially if you spend that time outdoors. Studies have found that extensive exposure to social media can increase feelings of depression and anxiety. There are also health problems that can occur when you spend too much time sitting and consuming electronic media. Spending time indoors staring at screens also exposes you to a lot of recycled air and artificial lighting, neither being great for your health. For more information, check out the below graphic.
